The hotel is located in a superb area, very close to everything we need in the Shinsaibashi district and just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Dotonbori. The rooms, although a bit tight by Japanese standards, were bigger than the usual in Japan; however, they had a very strong smoke smell and were in terrible condition. The service provided was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful, with comprehensible English-speaking skills. The location was excellent, with easy access to Shinsaibashi subway exit 7, making it convenient for exploring the area. On the downside, there were some concerns regarding the room's size and condition.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were much cleaner and more modern than I expected, and the view of the city was amazing. The size was just right for us. The service was mixed, with helpful gestures but later disappointing behavior. The location was superb with everything conveniently close by. The dining experience was decent considering the price.
